Our service
NoxaPay provides software for payment links, merchant applications, transaction records and external-wallet settlement tracking. Noxa is not your bank or the seller of a merchant's goods. Payment processing, identity checks, quotes and eligibility decisions are handled by the selected third-party providers under their own terms. We do not hold a custodial merchant balance or collect wallet private keys. Availability is not a guarantee that a provider will accept a particular customer or transaction.
Accounts and acceptance
By creating an account after being shown these Terms, you agree to them on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you are authorized to represent. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your password and authenticator, and report suspected misuse promptly. Merchant access requires review; creating an account does not guarantee approval.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, fulfillment, taxes, customer communications and compliance with applicable law and provider rules. Clearly disclose your identity, prices, delivery terms and refund policy before purchase. Use only settlement wallets you are authorized to control and verify the network, asset and address before creating a link. Do not request card details, passwords, seed phrases or private keys through link descriptions or support messages.
Prohibited activity
Do not use NoxaPay for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen credentials, deceptive sales, infringement, illegal goods or services, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass provider verification or platform security. We may request supporting information, restrict access, or suspend links when needed to investigate misuse, comply with law or protect users. Restrictions do not erase your obligations to customers.
Fees, quotes and settlement
Platform commission settings apply to future checkouts and are recorded with each transaction. Provider fees, exchange rates and network charges may also apply; review the provider's final quote before paying. A fiat invoice amount is not a guaranteed equal amount of USDC. Wallet settlement may be delayed, rejected or irreversible. A settlement record alone does not prove that the original fiat invoice was paid in full; merchants must complete reconciliation before fulfillment where required.
Refunds and disputes
Our Refund and dispute policy at /refunds explains the process. The merchant is responsible for purchase refunds; the payment provider or card issuer may control payment reversals and disputes. Noxa can investigate platform records but cannot unilaterally reverse an external blockchain transfer. Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory consumer protections or your right to contact a payment provider, issuer or regulator.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the platform but do not promise uninterrupted service, provider acceptance, asset value, or recovery of funds sent to an incorrect wallet. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. Nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. We do not provide investment or tax advice.
Closing accounts and changes
You may request account closure at support@noxapay.si. Outstanding refunds, disputes, fees and lawful record-retention duties survive closure. We may update these Terms with a new effective date and will provide notice of material changes through the service or account email before they take effect where required. Changes will not remove rights already accrued or retroactively authorize a materially different use of personal information.

Send questions or complaints to support@noxapay.si or Noxa at the address above. Explain the issue and include a transaction reference if relevant, without sensitive payment credentials. These Terms are governed by New York law and applicable United States federal law, except where mandatory law gives you additional protections. They do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or prevent complaints to a regulator or claims in a court with jurisdiction.
